INDONESIA FASTENER MARKET LARGE TRANSMISSION
Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world, and at the same time is one of the largest economies, agriculture, industry and service industry in the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN). The largest economic sector in Indonesia is manufacturing and processing, which contributes around 24% of the Gross Domestic Product and one of the industries that have rapid growth is the fastener industry.
Increasing demand for fasteners in automotive industry coupled with growing construction spending as a result of economic growth and industrialization in emerging markets of Indonesia is expected to drive demand for fasteners over the next six years. In February 2011, Indonesia announced the construction of six economic corridors, it is a for 14 years from 2011 to 2025 vision economic development plan.
In February 2012, Sumatra economic corridor projects have been started, the program will be completed in 2014, major infrastructure projects include: through Java highway, connecting the first and the second largest city, Jakarta in Indonesia surabaya double-track railway and so on, these projects will greatly boost the Indonesian fastener requirements, while stimulating domestic demand, also for the growth of the global fastener play a very important role in driving. The demand for fastener sector is estimated to reach US$ 26,1 billion in 2018.

INAFASTENER 2017 – The Largest Dedicated Fastener and Fixing Technologies event of The Year
The automotive and construction industries will be the driving force for the global industrial fastener market in 2018 and these fasteners are mainly used in automotive, construction and machinery industries so according to The Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of the global industrial fastener market is estimated to exceed 6% during 2014-2018.
