CLT’s experience in Specialty OEM, Contract Manufacturing and Custom Valves & Fittings can be traced back to 1974 when Chin Hai Metal Works was founded in Changhua, Taiwan.

The company mainly involved in OEM as well as the fabrication of Valves & Fittings for diverse flow control applications. With an aim to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the benefit of our customers, Mr. Leo Hsu, the current president, reformed the company and set up Chang Li Tai Co., Ltd. in 1995.

Since then, we have continued on the path of advanced engineering in design, prototype, testing, manufacturing, and assembly to deliver good quality and cost effective products.

Today, with the engineering excellence, extensive manufacturing technologies and the experience over last decades, we provide OEM & Custom Solutions for the most demanding applications in diverse industries.

Contract Manufacturing-
Casting, Forging, Machining, Plastic Injection Molding, Tooling, Bending, Soldering, Brazing & Welding, Plating, Finishing, Test and Assembly. (Available materials: Brass, Bronze, Aluminum, Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Nylon.)

Custom Valves & Fittings-
In addition to a diverse line of standard items, we are able to offer Custom Valves & Fittings for customers’ specific application requirements.

Our operations are in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system standard. The certification recognizes our systems, processes and procedures for product design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, marketing, sales and service are accurate and consistent.

Our in-house laboratories carry out constant checks on all our products to ensure the quality satisfies our customers’ requirement with the ISO 9001 requirements as minimum standard.
