Since our foundation 1981 Poul Chang Metal Co.,Ltd. has evoled and positive developed into a
leading hand tools of Multi wrenches,Water pump pliers,Nipper cutters,Chisels,Auto Repaired
Tools ...etc.Our factory was located at Taiping city Taichung in Taiwan,and was approximated
from 2500 to 12,500 square meters of work area.

Since 1967 our president Mr.Chin Feng Huang had dealed with plating and polishing factory.Our
factory tranfered to produce Multi wrench and Water pump pliers since 1977.Then according to
export required,we tranfered our factory to Taiping city.

In 1998,our some items as Water Pump Pliers ,Cutters had already had SLG-GS approved in Germany.
In 2001 our factory had passed ISO 9001 quality control system.We try our best to manufacture high
quality tools and develop new products.

We are a leading of manufacturer and exporter of hand toolsin Taiwan.OEM and ODM are welcome.
