Our Software & Production Equipment:
We have advanced software as well as precision instruments and machinery.

EDMs and CNC EDM ：
We have purchased six EDMs and one CNC EDM. We utilize the heat produced via electric discharge to handle processing.
CNC machining centers：
We have purchased three CNC machining centers, which are controlled by the Power Mill and UG programs to mill electrodes, mold cores/cavities, and all mold parts.
Milling machines：
With a rotating multi-edge tool, the milling machines are mainly used for milling non-curved groove profiles in molds.
Deckel Maho five-axis machining center ：
To strengthen mold-processing accuracy, we have invested significant capital to import a five-face five-axis high-speed machining center from Deckel Maho of Gildemeister—the largest machine-tool manufacturer in Germany. Featuring high machining capability, high power and high-precision performance, the machining center can be preset for five-face mold processing, with processing accuracy four times higher than that of standard models, greatly shortening lead times.
