YIN SHIN was established in 1985，and officially registered in 1987. It's management direction heads toward the manufacturing of length screw nuts，thin screw nuts to architecture hardware、iron pipe、spare parts and casing pipes. In the past 6 years，YIN SHIN started to manufacture skeleton spare parts for motorcycles. Mainland China and Southeast Asia are the major market now.
In 1998，the company set its branch in Dong-Guan，China. The business type is mutual fund，so there was no production department. However，YIN SHIN soon realized that normal out-sourcing factory can't reach the high requirement of YIN SHIN's demand of quality in motorcycle market. Thus，the company started its own manufacturing department for improve the company image of high quality.
