In order to provide customers with lower costs, faster lead times and better quality control, the firm performs all bentwood, metal processing and sewing production at its three factories in Taiwan. The plants are installed with advanced and automatic machinery equipment including high frequency induction hardening for wooden products, CNC (computerized numerical control) wood processing machines, robot arm, high pressure molding, metal cutting, bent metal, timber, chipboard and plywood/solid wood machines.

This high-pressure decorative laminated (HPDL) bentwood chairs with flame-water and abrasion-resistant resin coating. Meanwhile, its products feature SGS certificate for compliance with ANSI/BIFMA X5.1, showing our high security level.
