History
In 1987, Mr. CHAN CHAO TUNG first as an apprentice for learning punching technology and experience, leaded several technicians with high ideal to found parent company CHAO YUAN Industrial Co., Ltd. and introduced computerized system of administrative management for the production of precision punching parts. Year 1992 saw its subsidiary company CHAO YUAN Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded for producing large punching parts in respond to business expansion, and also the quality control department was established for achieving the management principle of top quality products.
Thanks to sharp competition in sales market, its first subsidiary in China-Shanghai CHAO YUAN Automobile Hardware Accessories Co., Ltd. was set up in 1997 for obtaining market price prominence and absorbing more customers, which extended sales area outwards.
To perfect management system, 1998 saw ISO system was introduced and identified by ISO 9002. To meet the market demands of antivibrator series, car lights and starting motor series, point welders and soldering machines were introduced in the same year, at the same time, some detecting instruments with high precision, such as universal testing machines, triple analyzer and hardness machines etc. were bought besides some production devices were updated.
The punching experience over ten years lays the foundation of great mind and philosophy of gaining a footing in Taiwan and facing the world. Besides consolidating the present sales areas, the company also sells its product to Malaysia. In 2000, CHAO YUAN INDUSTRIAL SDN. BHD was set up so as to gallop across the business battlefield shoulder to shoulder with the developed countries in the world.
Future
Relying on the experience and capacity of development punching pieces for many years, the company has improved its technology, consolidated the market occupancy and developed on every side.
In respond to the different environmental structure and customer demands transfer, the company has changed its operation patterns according to the market demands. In December, 2002 Our company merge the domestic parent company with the subsidiary company, to integrated all of CHAO YUAN Industrial Co., Ltd. and let it management to concentrate, and marches in step, Hopes can and knows by the traditional punching factory unceasing absorption related information and knowledge, And can stride in a line auto and motorcycle spare parts.
