Cixi Zhen Xing Bearing Industrial Co., Ltd which was established in 1983 is located in the coast of the East Sea, the south of beautiful Hangzhou Bay-the east of Cixian. It is on the east of famous port-Ningbo and on the south of Hangyong Freeway and Ningbo Yueshe Airport, only 140 kilomaters from Hangzhou city, on the north,it is international city-Shanghai. The over-sea bridge connecting Cixi and Shanghai is now under construction.
The enterprise occupies the area of 36600 SPM and covers the floor space of 15000 SPM, the total assets are 60 million Yuan. It also has more than 450 staffs in which more than 20% engineering technical workers and managers have taken above junior college eductaion . Zhen Xing specialized in producing kinds of roller needle, short column bearing series, special bearing series which are used in auto gear-box ,other top grade bearing series etc,.
Moreover, according to the customer’s demand, it can produce various of non-standard short roller bearing series, long column roller bearing, roll needle series, etc,. The company has advanced technology and can supply design and sample of product or other excessive services for our customers.
Up to now, ZhenXing has about 250 units equipment of roller needle, short column bearing. It has all of testers ,for example, roundness tester, Length Gauge, crowned roller , projector, Surface roughness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, Digitalvickers Hardness tester, metallography analyse tester, and so on. The output of roller bearing and special auto bearing are steady above 200 thousands every month, the output of each roller needle and column can reach to 100 million and 50 million. There was 7.5million yuan sell incomes in 2003. 70% products were sold far to America , Canada, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium, Taiwan and Hongkong, etc. The foreign tradevalue reaches to more than 5.8 million yuan.
Our company owned the self-support import and export rights. In 2002, the company had passed ISO9002 International Quality System Authentication. It not only had transited and adcanced ISO9001(2000 edition) performance, but also have already provided for QS authentication.
