Established in 1990 by Zhiping Wu, Shaks Furnishings Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB15 million. Our company is a joint venture company specializing in the production of wooden furnishings with classic Spanish styles. We also provide furnishing designs for hotels, clubs and villas. We have a team of technical and management professionals and qualified workers. We have the right to conduct import and export independently. 90% of our products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions in Europe and America.
Our company exports 1200 40-feet containers of high quality furnishings to worldwide customers every year, including renowned Raffles Hotel in Singapore, Harrods Department Stores in London, Rost Imperial Palace in South Africa and Malla Hotel in South Africa.
Our furnishings are designed by the well-known master Mr. Carsten Ovesen with new classic Spanish design ideas. They are produced with carefully selected raw materials and beautiful Spanish wooden strips and accessories in modern production management mode. They are suitable to place in the dining rooms, meeting rooms, bedrooms and gardens. We make active efforts to integrate European classic design conception with modern production management mode and introduce state-of-the-art production equipment from international market. We also import first-class timber (such as birch, maple, cherry and teak) and bark from Europe and solid wood trims from Italy and implements exquisite manual trimming technology to produce a full range of high-quality bedroom furniture and living room furniture with European style.
In terms of material and workmanship, we use medium-density fiberboard laminated with 0. 6mm-thickness European special-grade cherry bark on both sides. In solid wood section, we use grade one peach wood from Burma. In terms of engraving, our technical professionals implement rigorous control on material selection, color and grain, and implement manual engraving on carefully selected materials. In terms of paint spraying, we adopt systematic accordion coating process from Germany. Specially, we first color solid wood and bark, apply PU primer and then apply three layers of PE primer where each layer is carefully ground and reground. Finally, we apply finishing paint to form a smooth, thick and wear-resistant coating film. In terms of components, all metal components such as drawer handles and guide rails are imported from Italy to ensure excellent workmanship and durability.
