TIMTOS 2025 to Showcase Cutting-Edge Machine Tool Innovations in Taipei

2024/12/13 | By Andrew Hsu

The Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS 2025) is set to take center stage from March 3 to 8, 2025, across multiple venues, including Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 and 2 and Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1. The event is expected to attract over 1,000 manufacturers occupying more than 6,000 booths, making it a premier platform for showcasing breakthroughs in digital manufacturing, automation, and integrated AI and robotics solutions.

Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI), TIMTOS 2025 will connect the entire supply chain of the metal processing industry. Taiwan, the world’s 7th largest producer of machine tools, exports 80% of its production globally. Its highly integrated machinery manufacturing sector boasts a one-stop industrial ecosystem, encompassing manufacturing, processing, and assembly, underpinned by precision machining technology and innovative capabilities.

According to the information released by the organizers, the exhibits will include “Metal Cutting Machine Tools, Machine Tool Parts,” “Cutting Tools,” “Tooling Systems & Accessories,” “Laser Technology,” “Welding & Surface Technology,” “Sheet, Tube & Wire Processing,” “Metal Forming Machinery,” “Casting & Forging Equipment,” “AI, Control Systems & Smart Manufacturing,” “Inspecting and Measuring Instruments,” and other innovative technologies.
