Located in Taichung, central Taiwan, Wise Center Precision Appliance Co. was established by Thomas Lin about two decades ago, focusing on the manufacture of hardware products and garden tools, including pruners, flower scissors, waterpipe shears, lawn shears, lapping shears, saws, long handles, ladders, hardware parts, gardening peripheral equipment and parts, forged and die cast products, household products, lighting fixture parts, building materials, etc.

Over the past decade, the company has installed a lot of state-of-the-art production equipment and inspection instrument to ensure high quality of its products. Thanks to the employment of sophisticated production equipment, the company claims it was approved with ISO 9001: 2000 in 2001 and GS/TUV in 2006 and has so far won more than 70 patents for its products both at home and abroad.

Currently the company's factory houses a total of around 75 workers who turn out 200,000 pieces of various items in average per month with defect rate of under 1%. The company ships 40% of its products to North America, 35% to Europe, 15% to Japan and the remaining 15% to Australia and countries in Middle East and Southeast Asia.
