Fwu Kuang says it will demonstrate HS10B-3S at the "Wire Dusseldorf" international exhibition in Germany March 31-April 4 this year. At the exhibition, the machine will perform production of alloy-steel socket cap screws (M6 x 25mm) at a rate of 415 ppm. The company boasts the machine can help end-users achieve higher production efficiency, save tooling costs, and reduce the ratio of defective parts.

The company's HB10B-3S high-speed formers have been tested through the production of socket screws at a maximum speed of 415ppm, running round-the-clock a day for one year.

The HB10B-3S high-speed former features high speed, fast feeding and zero gapping. The machine's main structure is also balanced and includes frame support covers, a built-in oil purification system and major connection using the company's patented 14.99 high-tensile socket cap screws.

The firm's HB30B-4S high-speed former is equipped with a convertible top cover. Controlled by air cylinder, each cover can be lifted or closed just in a few seconds.

In addition, the company's HS-3S-4S high-speed formers is ideal for high-volume production and its HBP-5S-6S high-speed parts former is equipped with clutch and inverter system, suitable for precision parts.
