Yinsh Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. is one of Taiwan's specialist manufacturers of locknuts for bearings used in a variety of machine tools. To ensure high product quality, the company has established a stringent internal management system and occupational safety system.

Since its establishment a decade ago, Yinsh has stuck to the management concept of sustainable operations with sincerity to serve customers around the world. The company has obtained such international industrial standards as ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

Yinsh says it has established an in-house research and development team comprised of many qualified technicians who have well received stringent training from the government-backed occupational training center in Taichung City, central Taiwan. The company uses "YS" and "SBL" brands on its products.

Thanks to the strong support of its in-house R&D team, Yinsh is capable of developing innovative products to meet customers' requirements. At present, the company's major product lines include flank, axial, radial, and clasp locknuts. Besides self-developed product lines, the company also accepts foreign orders based on the original equipment manufacturer basis.

The company's precision flank locking unit provides three-point, allowing a 30-degree thread angle locking. The unit has an excellent locking design, which makes threads of fixed copper completely mesh with the counter threads, leading to a perfect anti-release effect. Its 30-degree-angle thread design also reduces the torque effect engendered by the tightening of the screw.

Yinsh's products have been exported to 17 nations, including Germany, Japan, Poland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, the United States, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Hungary, France, mainland China and South Korea. (BS)
