Operation procedure
1. rotor shaft loading
2. shaft inserts into the heating lamination core
3. spindle pull-off force test
4. epoxy instillation
5. magnet press fit lamination core
6. magnet pull-off force test
7. cover press fit
8. runout test
9. copper bush press fit
