Starting from material purchasing, manufacturing, to shipping. We adapts random sampling scheme from MIL-STD-105D to regulate quality inspection standards and procedures. There are additional supplemental production specification guides and detailed inspection procedures at each production station to facilitate and maintain proper operation and inspection. Additionally, we ask each operator to maintain his own production/inspection records, independently. Machinery receives a complete set of maintenance and operating manuals to ensure maximum quality output and enhance delivery schedule.
