The EM-810LX responds to the market need of remote operation and control of servers through a Cat5 network. Combining 8 port KVM switch technology with built-in console extension, it allows centralized management of up to 64 computers from a Local or Remote console up to 1000 feet (300m) away! All signals are extended using a single, inexpensive standard Category 5 Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cable - commonly found in most Local Area Networks.
