＊ This machine is a fully automatic electrode material ultrasonic welding and rewinding machine specially developed for the production of lithium-ion batteries.
＊ This machine is controlled by PLC with LCD screen, which is easy and convenient to operate.
＊ The electrode material adopts automatic tension control, and the tension is stable. When rewinding, the winding material hanging shaft and the unwinding material hanging shaft are equipped with an automatic edge correction control system to make the winding material smooth.
＊Material width of 70~143mm can be produced.
＊ Productivity: 3 seconds/cycle (electrode length 1300 mm).
