The forming rollers are equipped with a built-in water cooling system. Two suction types, drill hole and aluminum slice are available to choose from. The forming rollers can be changed easily to make air bubble film of different sizes.
The extruder device is specially designed for larger capacity and stable extrusion. Both new and recycled pellets can be applied. A patented design of fast screen changer is employed.
The turret winder is equipped with auto-splicing system and non-waste technology. Plastic tube or paper core can be applied to wind air bubble film. The operator only needs to set up length and take off finished rolls.
The machine is CE certificated. It's controlled by PLC for easy and convenient operation.
