What is cylinder grinding machine?
When the piston stuck on the cylinder, making scooter can't start. It will need to pick up the piston from cylinder to do boring. Boring cylinder means to enlarge, to make the cylinder diameter bigger than original, and then put new piston on it, and it can work again.
The advantage of boring is to resume your cylinder and make it powerful, but will eat more gas than before.
