Established in 2011, Artaio Seiki Co., Ltd. is a newcomer in Taiwan’s machinery industry, supplying lubrication systems and related accessories and components, such as resistance electric lubricators, piston lubricators, manual lubricators, cycle coolant lubricators, sprayers, distributors, connectors, motors, regulators, and so forth, mostly used in machine tools, with lubricators driven by PLC (programmable logic controller), numerically controlled and conventional models.

With R&D being Artaio Seiki’s focus, the company stresses that it targets working out four patented products every year, and, to that end, has partnered with universities across Taiwan’s central region on joint development of new technology and products, which helps enhance product features. Its sprayer system, for instance, a product that was jointly developed with the National Changhua University of Education, won a bronze medal in a collegiate innovation contest in 2013 for impressive functional design and excellent quality.

Quality also adds to value of Artaio Seiki’s products. To achieve reliable, consistent quality, the company carries out the TQC (total quality control) and by-the-book quality control measures throughout daily operation and production, insisting on adopting 100% made-in-Taiwan parts and components. Also, the company provides timely technology supports to effectively help customers with troubleshooting.

With around 70% of products going overseas annually and mostly under its Artaio brand, and committed to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction, the company has fast emerged in the global market as a world-caliber supplier despite being only three years old.
