Auroral Sinter Metals Co., located in the powder metallurgy industrial cluster in northern Taiwan’s Miaoli, was established in 1996 and has since developed into one of the island’s most professional powder metallurgy manufacturers. The firm has spared no effort to carry out research and development as well as to build up expertise through systematic personnel training.

To improve production capability and maintain stable product quality, the firm uses state-of-the-art equipment, most of which is imported from Japan, to produce a variety of automobile parts, transmission parts, hand tooling parts, and stainless parts.

Auroral consistently strengthens its QC capability to make sure that every product meets the quality standards and special requirements of its customers. Backed by ISO 9001:2000 and TS16949 certification, the company turns out products that meet the high industrial standards of Japan and Europe.

Auroral has started to tap into supply chains in Germany, Japan, USA, and India since 2009, well recognized as a reliable original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The firm currently exports more than 50% of its output, mostly to Germany, the U.S., Japan, India, and Malaysia. Besides, revenues of auto parts have accounted for approximately 50% of the firm’s total revenues.

Auroral is able to provide forging, blank stamping, lost wax (investment casting), MIM, plastic injection, precision machining, and gauge and jig services. It also possesses abundant production know-how needed to supply technical assistance or help customers source parts.
