Excetek Technologies Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, specializes primarily in the design and manufacture of CNC wire-cut EDM (electrical discharge machining), CNC EDM, and CNC micro-hole EDM machines, which have been sold in Taiwan and more than 30 countries under its own “EXCETEK” brand.

Excetek’s wire-cut EDM machines, incorporating precision parts and components, efficiently cut metals depending on characteristics and properties. To meet all sorts of complex machining needs, the firm offers basically three categories of machines: standard, heavy-duty, and customized.

Standard models are available in V and G series. The V series is popular for cost-efficiency, and the G series, improved and innovated based on the V series, is compact for highly flexible machining with integrated electric control box for easy operation.

Heavy-duty models feature X-axis travel of 1000, 1200 and 2000mm, Y-axis travel of 600, 800 and 1000mm, and Z-axis up to 1005mm travel, making them currently the largest among counterparts.

Its customized models include an approbated heavy-duty EDM featuring X- and Y-axis travel of 3000 x 2800mm (1400 + 1400) and dual Z axes, as well as a ring cutting EDM designed especially for automated machining of turbine blades.
