Chien Tsai Machinery Enterprise Co., Ltd., founded in 1973, is a seasoned maker of fastener-making machinery in Taiwan, with an in-house research and development team that specializes in developing innovative, multi-functional, high-speed automatic rolling machines and others.

The company specializes in producing automatic thread rolling machine and bolt slotting machines capable of processing bolts with 1m/m to 38m/m in outer diameters and maximum length of 500m/m.

The company mainly offers high-speed and conventional automatic rolling machines, with the former available in the CR, CTR and ZR series.

The CTR20N high-speed automatic rolling machine features 14-20mm in diameter and maximum output of 73 to 85 piece-per-minute, with a weight of 9,500kg.

Automatic rolling machines can be equipped with double-bar type iron filing separator, vibrator, inverter, loader machine, air-brake, auto-defective, foldable oil carrier, and centralized lubricating system.

Chien Tsai has set up a subsidiary—Jiancai Machinery (Shanghai) Co. in China—to raise product range, which is CE and ISO9000 certified and soon to be ISO14001 certified.
