Da Yang Enterprise Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, is a leading manufacturer of welded nuts and specialized nuts headquartered in the Bengong Industrial Park, Kangshan, Kaohsiung County, southern Taiwan. With a factory of about 10,080 square meters and integrated production equipment for forming, tapping, washing, automatic optical sorting etc., this maker is also well-equipped with wealth of experience to develop specialized nuts for the automotive industry, as well as having exported to Asia, the Americas and Europe.

Clearly mainly relying on the automotive industry, Da Yang says 90% of its output goes to such buyers. Also adhering to strict QC and investing in R&D have helped the maker to be ISO/TS16949 certified, all of which have helped build high levels of confidence among customers.

Knowing each step of production is equally important to upholding high quality, this maker closely controls selection of raw material, forming, degreasing, tapping, rolling, masking, plating, heat treatment, turning, sorting, packing and shipping.

To further upgrade production efficiency, Da Yang has imported from the USA a parts-washer, with the 30” diameter rotating drum in the multi-stage machine able to wash, rinse and dry products.

Apparently believing that optical-based inspection is reliable, the maker uses automatic optical sorters to fully inspect products before shipping, as well as having installed over the past few years a series of automatic, camera-integrated inspection and sorting machines. (BS)
