Kamioka Corporation, founded by Huang Kao-shoung in 1965, is one of Taiwan's most veteran specialists in the development of production of high-value-added machine tools.

With own brand of 'Kamioka,' the company boasts it is one of the earliest manufacturers of machinery parts in Taiwan. With decades of development, the company has expanded product lines to include such high-value-added products as CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, surface grinding machines, CNC turning centers, machinery accessories and quake prevention equipment. The company's products are widely employed by such industries as mold processing, musical instrument and linear ways.

Kamioka attributes its success to its own engineering team in Japan, full range of production facilities and machining application know-how. All the machines are made in-house through such processes as design, processing, machining and assembling.

In addition to own-brand products, Kamioka also accepts orders on the OEM and ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis. All the products produced by Kamioka have to pass through strict inspection processes before they are shipped. The company currently concentrates on the U.S., European and Southeast Asian markets.

Recently, the company introduced an innovative model-the HMC-500 horizontal CNC machining center featuring multisided machining and complex surfaces milling. This new-generation horizontal machining center combines genuine design and high-quality construction that makes it compact, dependable and affordable. It features a greater working space (500/600/550mm on X, Y and Z-axis travel) and dependable rotary table (500 x 500mm with 800kg heavy-duty loading capacity).
