Manual T-dies, auto dies, continuous screen changers

GMA Machinery Enterprise Co., Ltd., set up in 1989 to engage in plastic injection molding, mold design and manufacturing, has got involved in T-die design and manufacturing for sheets, films and coating films since 1990.

To ensure high product quality, over the past several years GMA has invited several high molecular masters and doctors to research and develop various T-dies to meet changing market requirements. In 1995, the company began focusing on T-die manufacturing, in addition to such advanced products as gear pumps, screen changers and static mixers, etc.

At present, the company's major product lines are manual T-dies, auto dies, continuous screen changers, extrusion gear pumps, co-extrusion feedblocks, static mixers, hollow sheet T-dies, gear pumps with electric control, non-stop screen changers, and dual piston screen changers.

The feedblock developed by GMA is suitable for various polymer plastic materials. Currently the feedblock has over 100 layers of configuration. A wide variety of models are available to provide the most flexible choice to meet specific customer's requirements.

Nowadays, GMA has employed many design engineers and highly skilled technicians who have over 10 years of experiences in the field of T-die and ancillary equipment for extruding sheet and film. In addition, the company also has invested heavily in advanced manufacturing equipment, CAE (computer aided engineering) computer software, and several units of three-dimensional, four-axis CAD/CAM (computer aided design/manufacturing) design software.

In addition to domestic sales, the company has exported products to the U.S., Japan, United Kingdom, Italy, Brazil, Argentina and mainland China.
