C.S. Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 1990, is one of Taiwan's specialist manufacturers of circular looms. With the strong support of an in-house research and development team, the company has been expanding product items to meet special requirements of customers from around the world over the past few years.

The company boasts it has made a major advancement in weaving production, designing and engineering processes which can help customers boost weaving productivity and make quicker investment return.

At present, the company's major product lines include machinery for PP/HDPE (polypropylene/high-density polyethylene) woven sacks; PP/kraft paper sandwiched cement bags; laminated PP cement bags; mesh bags for onion/potato; HDPE tarpaulin and other relevant plastic machinery.

Besides single-unit machines, C.S. Machinery also supplies whole-plant equipment at home and abroad to meet customers' special requirements.

"We supply not only high-quality machines but also comprehensive technical support that can guarantee smooth run in customers' production facilities," says Shen Chi-hui, president of the company.

Recently C.S. Machinery introduced a new product line-the CS-6S series six-shuttle circular loom designed to optimize weaving efficiency. Compared to general circular loom, the CS-6S six-shuttle circular loom provides 50% greater productivity and 30% savings in power consumption. The machine offers 150rpm in maximum weft insertion speed for each shuttle.

The machine is equipped with a PLC (programmable logic controller) device with a frequency inverter for maximum operation convenience. An advanced weft break sensor assures superior detection performance.

In addition to domestic sales, over the past several years the company has been expanding exports. Its major export outlets include Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
