Young Lee Steel Strapping Co., Ltd. began operations by selling soft packing materials and packing machinery in 1976. Since 1980, the company has been involved in providing steel strapping bands, steel seals, steel furniture tubes, cold/hot-rolled steel (plates) rolls, and galvanized steel (plates) rolls.

To expand product lines and services, in 1998 Young Lee established a factory to roll out steel straps, steel strapping bands, steel furniture tubes, and steel pipes by closely working with downstream manufacturers of bathroom and furniture hardware, grills, and display racks, among other items.

The ISO9001-certified firm says it is also an Asian agent for Columbia-branded steel strapping tools made by M.J. Maillis Group of the United States. The company has contracted China Steel Corp. to supply high-tensile steels for its products destined for advanced marketplaces and is planning to buy super high-tensile steels for higher-end products.

At present, Young Lee's major products include steel strapping bands (blue-annealed steel bands, galvanized steel bands, paint-coated steel bands), steel seals, strapping tools, cold/hot-rolled steel (plates) coils, galvanized steel (plates) coils, steel furniture tubes, bathroom/furniture hardware, and grills and display racks.
