Thread rolling machines, thread rolling dies

Kim Union industrial Co., established in 1972, is the only manufacturer owning both production lines of thread rolling machines and thread rolling dies in Taiwan.

Kim Union's thread rolling machines series include: Hydraulic thru feed thread rolling machine: UM-75, 50, 50A, 40, 30, 16, & 3S

In feed thread rolling machine: UM-35H, 35, 20, & 3 3-die pipe thread rolling machine: UM-3DL, 3DX, 3D

Kim Union's thread rolling dies are made of high quality specialty steel imported from Europe (1.2379) & Japan (SKD11) & heat treated by TECHNO vacuum furnace to assure high strength and friction resistance. The thread rolling dies and the serration rolling dies are ground by Swiss REISHAUER thread grinding machines and gear grinding machines for the customer's orders.
