Founded in 1994 in Los Angeles USA, Newsun Group is an international share holding company, specialized in bearing technology research, manufacturing & marketing; and is one of the biggest manufacturers of tensioner bearings, clutch release bearings.

Newsun Group, with strong R&D ability, has successfully developed hydraulic systems for clutch release bearings and tensioner bearings. With advanced technology support by USA and under T/S 16949 management, the group has also worked out a variety of heavy-duty clutch release bearings and tensioner bearings mainly for 30 tons and above European & American trucks. Moreover, the Group has unidirectional engine bearings, hub wheel bearings, and water pump bearings for special purpose.

At present over 40% of Newsun's products are delivered on an OEM basis. To upgrade its product quality, Newsun has set up R&D center and quality test lab in China, enabling the group to turn out top-end bearing as international famous brand.

Noteworthy is that the Newsun Group has also stepped up its business expansion by reinvesting in Joint-Ventures. Up to now, there are nine companies and many exclusive agents over 35 countries worldwide. Particularly in 2006, the Group invested over US$10 million to set up Newsun (Ningbo) Auto Bearing and Parts Mfg. Ltd. in China which develops high quality automobile bearings and parts for special purpose.

High reputation, good quality, good service, and reasonable price are the key points which Newsun should reinforce in the following years.

NEWSUN Group has been investing in many joint-venture factories in China since 2000, to enlarge its manufacturing ability in order to meet customer demands. On the other hand, Newsun Group has also invested technology centre and test centre in China so that it can keep its technology advanced.

Today, NEWSUN is the first brand in China for Tensioner & idler bearings and clutch release bearings, as well as one of the leading makers in the field. There are about 450 items of tensioner bearings and about 400 items of clutch release bearings, which are kept in large stocks worth around US$2 million in USA and China.

In China, there are 20 NEWSUN USA shops in different cities. Currently, some 40% of NEWSUN products are for direct or indirect OEM market, and 60% for aftermarket. NEWSUN USA believes that with a strong and aggressive sales team, NEWSUN USA bearings will be able to grow very strong in the next few years.

Newsun Group has developed many heavy duty clutch release bearings and heavy duty tensioners used in 30 tons and above heavy trucks. Many patents have been registered, more new products are under development for customer's special demands. Most of the products are now used in many European and USA truck companies.
