Aluminum, brass and zinc alloy die-castings

Lian Chang Casting Inc., established in 1984, is one of Taiwan's specialized manufacturers of aluminum, brass and zinc alloy die-castings. The company also specializes in tooling designs.

The ISO9001:2000-certificed company has accumulated ample manufacturing experience in rolling out die-casting products by applying its own production technologies.

At present, Lian Chang mainly provides finished castings, machined, drilled, polishing, painted parts. With a production facility of 18,800 square feet in Taiwan, the company adopts such processing equipment as die-casting machines of 50-350 tons, sanding machines and mold-making equipment. The company currently is capable of rolling out 50-80 tons of aluminum alloy die-castings, 30-50 tons of zinc alloy parts, and 40-60 tons of brass parts, per month.

To secure the production of high-quality products, the company has employed an integrated production system in house, including CNC (computerized numerically controlled) machining, painting, electroplating, and assembling processes.

With an in-house research and development department, Lian Chang is capable of rolling out innovative products. In addition to self-designed products, the company also welcomes orders on the OEM and ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis.

Thanks to its long-term efforts to develop innovative products, over the past few years the company has secured steady growth in sales. Annual sales reach between US$4 million and US$5 million.

In addition to domestic market, the company has successfully developed many overseas markets, mainly in North America and Western Europe.
