Founded in 1974, Fu Chun Shin Machinery Manufacture Co. is one of Taiwan's largest manufacturers of plastic injection molding machines. The company boasts it is Taiwan's first manufacturer in its line to obtain the CE mark and ISO9001 certification. The company is also awarded the "It's Very Well Made in Taiwan" certification.

Fu Chun Shin is a firm listed on the Over-the-counter Securities Exchange in Taiwan. With three factories across the Taiwan Strait, the company saw combined sales reach US$80 million last year. With more than 30 service centers around the world, the company offers round-the-clock services to meet customers' special requirements.

With years of development, the company is capable of rolling out a wide range of plastic injection molding machines with clamping force ranging from 30 to 3,500 tons.

At the Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show (Taipei Plas) slated for Sept. 18-22 at the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall, Fu Chun Shin will showcase some state-of-the-art products and technologies, including high-speed/close-loop hybrid injection molding machines, new energy-saving double modes injection molding machines, in-mold labeling turnkey solution, high-speed cap production turnkey solution, all-electric injection machines and remote control system.

Of them, the high-speed/close-loop hybrid injection molding machine adopts electric screw drive structure, featuring energy saving and high accuracy. The machine is suitable for rolling out components for electric products and thin-wall products.

The FCS IML-series in-mold labeling turnkey solution could be applied to all kinds of beverage cup, such as milk, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice and mineral water. The FCS IML solution consists of four components including high-speed hybrid/close-loop injection molding machine, hot-rubber mold, product stacking system, and label inserting system.

The high-speed cap production system includes triple loops injection molding machine, and cap safety-ring slitting system. The triple loops design enabling the injection machine could do mold opening, product ejecting and material feeding synchronously. The cycle time could be close to five seconds for 24 cavities and the monthly output reaches more than 12 million caps. (SC)
