Double-head, double-station extrusion b low moldi

Fong Kee International Machinery Co., Ltd. (FKI), established 55 years ago, is one of Taiwan's most seasoned manufactures of plastics extrusion machines. Thanks to its dedication to developing innovative high-end machines, the company has secured good reputations at home and abroad.

At the Taipei International Plastics and Rubber Industry Show slated for Sept. 18-22 at the Taipei World Trade Center, Fong Kee will showcase 90mm PP sheet extrusion line by steel belt system and all-electric blow molding machine. Compared to conventional model, the 90mm PP sheet extrusion line by steel belt system features belt exchanging system that can be done with less number of attendants in a shorter time.

The company has a strong research and development team and some global sales agents who could provide integrated technical support and fair services. The company says it has already set up district agents in the U.S., United Kingdom, Germany, Greece and Italy.

Recently the company debuted its HBA-series blow molding machine dubbed FK/HBA 75GVT 12DD which features a 75mm extruder, a double-die head with 250mm center distance, a toggle-type clamp device with 22 tons in clamping force, an auto deflashing device, an in-line lead testing device, an in-line granulator for the residue and a three-component gravimetric auto doser.

Michael Huang Bai-chang, deputy general manager of the company, notes his company has enhanced the performance of its products to satisfy customers' requirements. Newly designed double-head extrusion blow molding machine is equipped with a Reliance-brand 75HP AC motor and an Allen Bradley-brand vector inverter control device, both imported from the U.S.

Larry T.W. Wei, president of FKI, says his company has already developed six categories of machines, including mono-layer or multi-layer co-extrusion blowing film line; accumulator head blow molding machine; toggle-type blow molding machine; extrusion system lamination machine; mono-layer or multi-layer T-die co-extrusion cast film line; and sheet extrusion line.
