Hsin Long Thread Rolling Machine Co., established in 1958, is one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers of die heads for plastic extruders. The company insists on developing high-precision parts to help customers boost productivity.

Major products produced by Hsin Long include die heads for blown-film-making machines, gearboxes for extruding machines, blow dies, split ring fasteners, bends, barrels and screws, and air rings. In addition to these products, the company also provides CNC (computerized numerically controlled) lathe-processing services.

Hsin Long says most of its product lines are developed on the OEM and ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis. In the years to come, the company will further develop sophisticated products in accord with customers' requirements.

With an in-house R&D department, the company is capable of designing sophisticated products to meet the specific requirements of customers from around the world. The company has cooperated with a foreign manufacturer for years, helping it speed up the development of innovative products over the past several years.

Hsin Long has a factory in Yungkang of Tainan County, southern Taiwan. To meet the booming demand of foreign customers, the company is expanding its production facilities.

In addition to domestic market, the company has exported products to Vietnam, the Philippines, Japan and Russia. Over the past several years, the company has seen consistent growth in sales.
