Drill point dies, self-drilling screws

Since its inception in 1995 in Changhua County, central Taiwan, Drawlin Industry Co., Ltd. has been a professional maker of drill point dies and self-drilling screws.

Over the past few years, Drawlin has gradually upgraded its production capability, introducing 3-dimension CAD (computer aided design) and high-speed cutting technology at its plant. So far, the company has smoothly accumulated mature manufacturing skills and strong know-how.

The company applies high speed steel and carbide steel to production of drill point dies and all kinds of self-drilling screws. It also employs advanced drilling speed testing devices for its products to ensure that each of its screws meets major international standards, including DIN and IFI. With proven quality, its products have been exported to Europe and the U.S. for industrial use and special purposes.

Drawlin noted that consummate production know-how has bolstered the firm to take a leading position in the line. In other words, the company can deal with orders or blueprints for any self-drilling screws and drill point dies on both OEM (original equipment manufacturing) and ODM (original design manufacturing) basis.
