Nieh Chuang Ind. Co., Ltd., founded in 1975, is one of Taiwan's leading manufacturers of multi-functioned hand tools. The export-oriented company uses "Sea Gull" brand.

To assure the production of high-quality products, Nieh Chuang has installed many sophisticated production equipment, such as pressing machines, heat-treatment equipment, precision grinding machines, mirror-polishing equipment, coating equipment, and plastic injection molding machines. Its products are "GS"-approved.

At present, the company's 300-strong product lines can be divided into three categories, including woodworking tools, painting and wall-covering tools, and drywall and masonry tools.
